First of all, we all know that the common purpose of hot-dip galvanizing and cold-dip galvanizing is to prevent corrosion and rust, so as to protect street lamps well. However, the process, appearance and price of hot-dip galvanizing and cold-dip galvanizing are different, and the anti-corrosion degree they can play is also different.


In fact, hot-dip galvanizing is also called hot-dip galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing, which is a very effective anti-corrosion method. Relatively speaking, the price of hot-dip galvanizing is also quite expensive, which is much more expensive than that of cold galvanizing.


Cold galvanizing is to use the electrolytic equipment to put the workpiece into the zinc salt solution after degreasing and pickling, and connect the negative pole of the electrolytic equipment, place the zinc plate on the opposite side of the workpiece to connect the positive pole of the electrolytic equipment, connect the power supply, use the current to move from the positive pole to the negative pole, and a layer of zinc will be deposited on the workpiece.
